The processing fee of Rs. 2,500 (including GST) has to be paid separately against each flat or garage. It is non-adjustable and non-refundable. In case a bidder surrenders a flat or garage after being declared the H1 bidder, the full EMD amount is forfeited.

Reservations are admissible strictly with reference to the number of flats/garages available in a locality. If the number of reserved flats comes to a fraction below 0.5, it is rounded off to zero, and from 0.5 onwards it is rounded off to one. The reserved properties are carved out from the inventory through draw of lots and the e-auction is carried out among the respective reserved categories. If enough applications are not received from the reserved categories, the remaining flats and garages are made available to all categories in the next phase of the e-auction.
