Note: The previous requirement of having 2 years of registration is no longer applicable.
Application Process
Applications for SWAWLAMBHAN are now submitted online through the Goa Online portal. The earlier offline process has been replaced by this online service. Follow these steps to apply:
STEP 1 - Go to the official website at goaonline.gov.in and register by providing email id, mobile number, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.
STEP 2 - After successful registration, log in using the credentials and click on Services Menu, then All Services, then Directorate of Women & Child Development, then select Grant in Aid Scheme to provide Financial Assistance to the Mahila Mandal / Women's Self Help Group - Swawlamban.
STEP 3 - Fill in the application form with the required details.
STEP 4 - Upload the required documents as per the requirement.
STEP 5 - Check the clauses towards the declaration form and submit the application.
STEP 6 - Click on the submit application button to send the application to the department. An acknowledgement SMS and email will be sent on submission. Note the acknowledgement number for application tracking.
