Meri Fasal Mera Byora Registration 2026 Reopened (21 to 27 September): Haryana Kharif Crop Registration at fasal.haryana.gov.in

Haryana government has reopened Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal for Kharif 2026 crop registration. Farmers who missed the 31 July 2026 deadline can now register their paddy and other Kharif crops at fasal.haryana.gov.in from 21 to 27 September 2026.

Only crops registered on Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal are bought at the minimum support price (MSP) in mandis. Farmers can register on their own or through Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) at Atal Seva Kendras and common service centres (CSCs) in Haryana. VLEs get ₹5 per acre for this work, paid straight into their bank accounts.

Meri Fasal Mera Byora registration 2026 reopened till 27 September

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced the reopening on 20 September while reviewing paddy procurement at Babain grain market in Kurukshetra. He told the Food and Supplies Department and mandi administration to run procurement smoothly, and warned of strict action against officials if any negligence is found.

Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department has asked Deputy Commissioners and Deputy Directors of Agriculture to verify new claims on time. Every registration is checked with satellite data and a ground check. A filled form alone does not make the claim valid.

Pending registration? Apply at SDM office

Farmers whose registration is still pending, or who could not register by 31 July, can give a written application at their Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) office. The application must carry land details such as khewat number, khasra number and the area sown.

STEP 1 - Submit the written application with your land details at the SDM office of your sub-division.

STEP 2 - SDM office enters these details on Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal through its own login.

STEP 3 - Revenue officials verify the land and crop claim within 3 days.

STEP 4 - Once the claim is found correct, your estimated crop yield is linked to the e-Kharid Haryana portal and you can sell the crop at the mandi.

Land that another farmer has already registered for Kharif 2026 will not be registered again.

How to register online on Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal

STEP 1 - Go to the official portal at https://fasal.haryana.gov.in/ and click on the "किसान अनुभाग क्लिक करें" (Farmer Section) link.

STEP 2 - Farmer section page will open. You can also reach it directly at https://fasal.haryana.gov.in/home/login

STEP 3 - Click on "किसान पंजीकरण (हरियाणा)" to open the farmer login page.

STEP 4 - Enter your mobile number, click login and fill in the OTP. When the portal asks "क्या आप अपनी परिवार पहचान पत्र आईडी जानते हैं?", pick "Yes" to enter your Family ID or "No" to enter your Aadhaar number. Your family details will show on screen.

STEP 5 - Crop registration form will open. Fill in the land and crop details for each field carefully and submit the form.

Farmers from neighbouring states whose land is in Haryana can register too, either on their own (पड़ोसी राज्य के किसान) or through an arhtiya (आढ़ती द्वारा पड़ोसी राज्य के किसान). Patwaris share Jamabandi data with the portal, and details entered here can't be used in any other legal claim.

STEP 1 - Go to https://fasal.haryana.gov.in and click on the "Farmer Search" option.

STEP 2 - Enter your registered mobile number or other details asked on the page.

STEP 3 - If your name shows in the list, your crop registration is complete and you can sell the produce at MSP.
