उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री ने सचिवालय में मंत्रिमंडल की उपस्थिति में "Hope" (helping out people Everywhere) पोर्टल का शुभारम्भ किया। इस पोर्टल का यू.आर.एल. hope.uk.gov.in है। इस पोर्टल का मुख्य उद्देश्य कुशल और अकुशल युवाओं का डाटा बेस बनाना तथा डाटा बेस के आधार पर रोजगार/स्वरोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है। विदित है कि कुछ दिन पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा स्वरोजगार योजना का शुभारम्भ किया गया था। इस योजना के साथ समन्वय करने में यह पोर्टल महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभायेगा।
