UP Haisiyat Praman Patra Online Application Form 2026 - Status Certificate at edistrict.up.gov.in

उत्तर प्रदेश हैसियत प्रमाण पत्र: Uttar Pradesh government has opened the online service for UP Haisiyat Praman Patra at edistrict.up.gov.in in Uttar Pradesh. The state govt. is accepting UP haisiyat certificate online application form at the official edistrict portal or at the website of the revenue department. The fees to fill the haisiyat praman patra online form are set at Rs. 100 plus user charges, Rs. 120 at jan seva kendras and Rs. 110 while applying through the citizen's portal.

UP state govt. will make sure that all the applications received for the haisiyat certificate are completed within 7 to 10 days as this will bring clarity. The haisiyat of one person can also be evaluated on the basis of a "Private valuer" which is certified by the income tax (IT) department. All the citizens who want a documentary proof of their total property value can apply online for the haisiyat praman patra.

Below is the complete procedure to apply online for Haisiyat certificate in UP:-

STEP 1: Visit the official website https://edistrict.up.gov.in/edistrictup/

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the "सिटीजन लॉगिन" link or directly click https://esathi.up.gov.in/citizenservices/login/login.aspx to open the UP citizen e-services login page which will appear as follows:-

STEP 3: Here click at the "New users Register - नवीन उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण?" link to open the UP haisiyat certificate online registration form:-

STEP 4: Fill all the details like name, date of birth, gender, address, mobile number, e-mail id and login ID and click at the "सुरक्षित करें" tab at the bottom. Then an OTP would be sent on the registered mobile number which would be the citizen's "password" for the first time login.

STEP 5: Next login to change the password and then after logging in, click at the "आवेदन भरें" link.

STEP 6: Then select the 'haisiyat certificate (हैसियत प्रमाण पत्र)' service from the "सेवा चुनें" section and click at the new application form (नवीन आवेदन करें) link. Here read all the instructions and click at the "आगे बढ़ें" tab to open the UP Haisiyat Praman Patra online application form 2026.

STEP 7: Here candidates will have to provide information about the applicant, their property and provide detailed documentary proof to complete the application process.

3. दर्शायी गयी संपत्ति/भवन भूमि का फोटोग्राफ
4. भारमुक्त अचल सम्पति का सम्बंधित प्रमाणपत्र

चल संपत्ति

1. वाहन की स्थिति में सक्षम प्राधिकारी का मूल्यांकन प्रमाणपत्र
2. बैंक में रखी गयी संपत्ति के लिए बैंक प्राधिकारी से मूल्यांकन प्रमाणपत्र / बैंक अथवा वित्तीय संस्था में कोई धनराशि हो तो इसके लिए बैंक का नाम, खाता संख्या और उसमें रखी गई राशि का विवरण दें| इसके लिए बैंक अथवा वित्तीय संस्था द्वारा निर्गत प्रमाणपत्र संलग्न करें
