Rajasthan Shubh Shakti Yojana 2026: Rajasthan state government gives ₹55,000 to unmarried adult daughters of registered construction workers under this scheme. The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Welfare Board runs it under the state Labour Department. Applications for 2026 are being accepted through the official Labour Department portal.

Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje launched Shubh Shakti Yojana on 1 January 2016. The main aim is to reduce the money burden on construction worker families who find it hard to arrange their daughters' marriage or education. With this help, no girl has to feel like a burden on her parents.

Shubh Shakti Yojana is a state government scheme of Rajasthan. The incentive amount given under it can be used for the daughter's education, starting a small business, skill training, or her own marriage. STEP 1 - Go to the official website of the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Rajasthan at labour.rajasthan.gov.in.

STEP 2 - On the homepage, open the "Download" tab and click on "Formats of Schemes" as shown below.

STEP 5 - Fill in all the details in the application form carefully. Attach the required documents and submit the filled form at the local labour office or the office of the officer authorized by the board secretary. After approval, the incentive amount is credited to the daughter's bank account through NEFT or RTGS.

Shubh Shakti Yojana Eligibility Criteria

To get the benefit of Shubh Shakti Yojana, the eligible person has to meet the following conditions:

• Either one or both parents of the adult daughter must be registered with the board for at least one year.
• The beneficiary woman must be unmarried, and the worker's unmarried daughter must be at least 18 years old.
• The amount is given for a maximum of two adult daughters of the registered worker.
• The beneficiary woman or daughter must have passed class 8.
• The beneficiary parents must be citizens of Rajasthan.
• The beneficiary woman or daughter must have a bank account.
• In the one year before the application date, the worker must have worked as a construction worker for at least 90 days.
• The amount is given only after the beneficiary is certified as a construction worker.
• If the beneficiary has their own house, it must have a toilet.
