Who Can Apply
Rules are simple and there is no income slab mentioned in the scheme. Two conditions matter. Community and exam result.
- Applicant should belong to a notified de-notified, nomadic or semi-nomadic community of Madhya Pradesh, and should be able to show a valid caste certificate for it.
- Applicant should have cleared at least one stage of MPPSC or UPSC civil service exam, that is prelims, mains or interview, in the running exam cycle.

How to Apply Online in 2026
Whole process runs on Samarth portal of the Madhya Pradesh social justice and welfare departments. Keep scanned documents ready before starting, because the form times out if it is left open too long.
STEP 1 - Open the Samarth portal in a browser and click on the Registration link at the top right corner of the homepage.
STEP 2 - Fill your name, mobile number, email and Samagra ID in the registration form, then verify the mobile number or email with the OTP that comes on it. Set a password and finish registration.
STEP 3 - Log in with the registered mobile number or user ID and password, then look for Civil Service Incentive in the list of schemes of the de-notified, nomadic and semi-nomadic welfare department.
STEP 4 - Fill the application form with personal details, community details, exam name, roll number and the stage you have cleared. Enter bank account number and IFSC carefully, since payment comes straight to this account.
STEP 5 - Upload the scanned copies of caste certificate, domicile certificate, Aadhaar, photo and the exam result or marksheet showing you passed that stage.
STEP 6 - Check every field once more, accept the declaration and click Submit. Save or print the acknowledgement with the application number, and use the same number later on the portal to track approval status at the district office.
