This scheme offers specific reimbursement percentages based on the location of your enterprise (Zones). For instance, if a small enterprise is set up in a Zone-A area, it can claim a 25% reimbursement, whereas in Zone-D or E, it would be eligible for a 100% subsidy.

The subsidy applies to:
- Purchasing land or buildings for your approved project.
- Leasing land, buildings, or sheds for at least 10 years within government-approved Industrial Parks or Estates.
Please note that the admissible amount is calculated proportionately based on the actual percentage of land or building space used for the core manufacturing project.
Eligibility
To qualify for this support, your business must meet these requirements:
- Your business must operate as a Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise.
- It must belong to the manufacturing sector.
- Production should have officially started on or after 1st April 2019.
- The unit must be a private, cooperative, or joint-sector venture, or owned or managed by the state government or Industrial SHGs.
- Your date of commencement of commercial production (DOCCP) must fall between 1st April 2020 and 31st March 2025.
Exclusions
Some enterprises cannot claim this subsidy:
- Units that have already received incentive certificates or payments under previous state schemes.
- Enterprises that started production before 01.04.2019 and already applied for incentives under other state schemes.
Negative List of Industries: Sponge Iron factories, certain bricks (excluding Fly Ash, Sand lime, and Refractory bricks), and any other industry specifically notified by the State Government are excluded. Additionally, costs for second-hand plant and machinery, tools, spare parts, and installation charges are not included in your investment calculation.

STEP 2 - Select 'Create New' for a fresh registration.
STEP 3 - Pick your applicant type and enter your registration number.
STEP 4 - Fill out the user registration form and submit to receive your credentials.
