RRC WR Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: You must be between 15 and 24 years old as on 23rd March 2026. SC/ST candidates get 5 years relaxation, OBC get 3 years, and PwD get 10 years relaxation.

Selected candidates will undergo one year of apprenticeship training and will be paid a stipend as per the rules of the Railway Board. Completing this training also gives you an edge in railway recruitment.

• Training Period: You need to complete 1 year of training if selected.
• Stipend: You will be paid a stipend during the training period as per the rules fixed by the Railway Board.
• Direct Recruitment Salary: After training, if you are hired, the salary for Level-1 posts is between Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900.
