Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana is now being run as MMAPUY 2.0. Under this phase, Antyodaya Melas are organised across the state in a round-wise manner to give on-the-spot counselling, scheme allocation, application processing and financial linkage to eligible families. The Additional Deputy Commissioners-cum-Antyodaya Utthan Adhikari act as the nodal officer at the district level, while Constituency Nodal Officers handle the pre-mela counselling and beneficiary turnout.
In the earlier phase, Antyodaya Melas were organised for about 1,50,000 families, out of which around 90,000 families took part. Many of these families received loans for self-employment. The scheme now targets families with an annual income of less than rupees 1 lakh and aims to raise their income to at least rupees 1.80 lakh per year.

Increasing of Family Income in Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana
Every possible effort is being made to increase the family income of such families to at least 8,000 to 9,000 rupees per month. For this purpose, the state government will focus on the following things.
- Skill development of the members of such low income families so that they can get better work opportunities.
- Providing employment opportunities to the unemployed members of the family through different departments.
- Providing financial support to families with lower income through loan and self-employment schemes.
Besides this, employment avenues will also be explored to generate jobs under the Mukhyamantri Parivar Utthan Yojana.
Former Chief Minister Khattar had also announced an increase in the financial support under the Dr. BR Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojna. The support was raised from 50,000 rupees to 80,000 rupees for the repair of houses belonging to the Scheduled Caste families living below the poverty line (BPL). The Haryana state government also announced that BPL families belonging to any category will be able to get the benefits of the Dr. BR Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojna. The legal aid given to the Scheduled Caste was also increased to 21,000 rupees from 11,000 rupees.

Under the Sant Mahapurush Vichar Samman and Prasaar Yojana, a financial support from 50,000 rupees to 1 lakh rupees is given to social and religious organisations for holding programmes on the birth anniversaries of the saints at the block and gram levels.
