Haryana government has started Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal Registration 2021 at atmanirbhar.haryana.gov.in for economic and banking services. Now people can apply online for bank loan under Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme and can book bank slots (limited to cash deposit / withdrawal). Moreover, people can get access to postal banking services for cash distribution of minimum Rs. 1,000 to maximum Rs. 10,000 at home for aadhar linked accounts.
The new Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal will help needy people and make them self-sufficient within the spirit of Antyodaya. People would be able to take bank loans without any collateral and 2% amount of interest will be borne by the state government. Through this portal, people can avail 3 types of loans in Differential Rate of Interest (DRI) Scheme, Shishu Mudra Loan Scheme and Education Loan Scheme.

Below is the complete process to fill Haryana bank loan online application / registration form:-
STEP 1: Firstly visit the official Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal at atmanirbhar.haryana.gov.in
STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “बैंक ऋण” tab present in the main menu or at “यहाँ क्लिक करें” tab as shown here:-

STEP 4: The Atmanirbhar Haryana Bank Loan Application / Registration form filling page for Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme (DRI / Shishu Loans under Mudra / Education Loans) will appear as shown below:-
STEP 5: Here applicants can select ऋण प्रकार चुनें, अपना बैंक चुनें, जिले का चयन करें, शाखा का चयन करें and click at the “Proceed” button.
Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme Components
People can now apply online for bank loans under Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme at Atmanirbhar Haryana portal. These loans would be given in 3 categories namely DRI Yojana, Shishu loans under Mudra Yojana and Education Loan.
DRI Loan Yojana
Under the Differential Rate of Interest Loan Scheme (DRI), applicants will get collateral free loans. For this purpose, applicants must be a permanent resident of Haryana. The annual family income of the applicants in rural areas must not exceed Rs. 18,000 and in urban areas must not exceed Rs. 24,000. The candidates must not be receiving any subsidy benefits from any central / state govt. scheme. The beneficiaries must not have alternative source of income if DRI loan is present with the applicant. The DRI loan application form will appear as shown below at the Atmanirbhar Haryana portal:-
There must not be any property in the name of the applicant. Applicant must not have irrigated land of more than 1 acre and un-irrigated land of 2.5 acre. SC / ST category people will be eligible for loans. Furthermore, applicants must not be a loan defaulter. The requirement of a family income certificate has been simplified by linking Aadhaar with Parivar Pehchan Patra.
Shishu Loan under Mudra Yojana
In case a person or businessman wants to start a new business or expand their existing business then through this Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal, people can get loan upto Rs. 50,000 without any guarantee as Shishu Loan under Mudra Yojana. For this purpose, applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana. The Shishu loan application form under Mudra Yojana will appear as shown below at the Atmanirbhar Haryana portal:-
Applicant can be an individual / owner / partnership business / LLP / Private / Public Limited company. All those companies who are involved in manufacturing, trade, service sector enterprises, MSMEs would be eligible. Furthermore, applicant firm must not be a loan defaulter.
Students residing in Haryana who have availed the education loan after January 1 2015, the loan interest for all such students charged from the month of April 2020 to June 2020, would be borne by the state government. The main objective of this Atmanirbhar Haryana Scheme is to make the process of taking and repaying loans hassle-free in order to make poor and needy people self-reliant. At the same time, it will also help in strengthening the Haryana economy after the COVID-19 lockdown.
Apply Online to Book Your Bank Slot
People can now also book their bank slot online for cash deposit or withdrawal at the Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal. For this purpose, applicants can click at the “बुक बैंक स्लॉट” tab present in the main menu or at or “आज ही अपना बैंक स्लॉट दर्ज करें (यहाँ क्लिक करें)” link on the homepage of Atmanirbhar Haryana portal or directly click this link. Then the apply bank slot page will appear as shown below:-
At this page, applicants can enter their name, mobile number, IFSC code, date, available slot and click at the “Apply Slot” tab. Till 28 August 2020, around 8968 Bank Slots have been booked by the people through Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal.

Here applicants will have to enter name, mobile no., amount, district, city, pincode, address and click at the “Apply” button to apply for postal banking services at Atmanirbhar Haryana portal. As of 28 August 2020, around 2566 people have accessed postal banking services at their home.
Earlier PM Modi had announced Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan economic package of Rs. 20 lakh crore. Haryana gets the benefit of at-least 10% of this package and govt. will now take care of every person residing in the state. Special teams have been formed for this task by the Haryana government, which is working on all aspects. A system is being prepared by the government for this task and Parivar Pehchan Patra of all the families are being made so that information of every member of each family can be collected and every needy person can be ensured the benefit of government schemes.
