Madhya Pradesh government runs Mukhyamantri Karamchari Swasthya Bima Yojana for state employees, teachers and pensioners since January 2020, and departments are now working on a bigger version of this scheme called CM Care Yojana. Around 12 lakh 55 thousand employees and pensioners get medical cover under the running scheme, and reports suggest the new version could raise cashless treatment cover up to ₹20 lakh for employees.

State cabinet led by then CM Kamal Nath had approved this health insurance scheme on 4 January 2020. Present CM Dr Mohan Yadav government has kept the scheme running and is also preparing CM Care Yojana, which will likely give higher cashless treatment limits and cover pensioners separately.

CM Care Yojana 2026 Update

Public Health and Medical Education department has prepared a proposal file for a new cashless health insurance scheme called CM Care Yojana, made for state employees and pensioners. Health Minister Rajendra Shukla told the state assembly that this scheme will be launched. Employee unions have also pushed for cashless treatment up to ₹20 lakh during meetings with the CM. As per current proposal details, employees may get cashless treatment cover up to ₹20 lakh and pensioners up to ₹5 lakh, with a monthly premium of around 1 percent of basic salary for employees and 4 percent of basic pension for pensioners. A senior secretary committee headed by the Chief Secretary has already cleared this proposal, and it still needs final cabinet approval before rollout. Until CM Care Yojana gets cabinet approval and rolls out, existing Mukhyamantri Karamchari Swasthya Bima Yojana continues to give medical cover up to ₹5 lakh a year for general treatment and up to ₹10 lakh for serious illness to each employee family. This scheme covers Right to Health for every state employee, while poor families are already covered under Ayushman Bharat Yojana or other state health schemes.

क्या है एमपी मुख्यमंत्री कर्मचारी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना

• मंत्रि-परिषद् आदेश दिनांक 04.01.2020 के द्वारा मध्यप्रदेश के कर्मचारियों एवं पेंशनरों के लिये स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना लागू करने की सहमति प्राप्त हुई है। स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना कर्मचारियों के परिवार के सदस्यों के लिये भी लागू होगी। अतः कर्मचारियों के परिवार के सदस्यों का डाटा अद्यतन करने की आवश्यकता है।
• वर्तमान में कर्मचारियों के डेटाबेस का संधारण आईएफएमआईएस के अन्तर्गत आयुक्त कोष एवं लेखा के द्वारा संधारित किया जा रहा है। IFMIS के अन्तर्गत कर्मचारियों को लॉगइन आई.डी. पासवर्ड उपलब्ध कराये गये हैं। कर्मचारियों को यह सुविधा है कि वे अपने परिवार का विवरण सॉफ्टवेयर में दर्ज कर सकें। स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना लागू करने के लिये कर्मचारियों पर आश्रित परिवार के सदस्यों का विवरण अद्यतन किये जाने की आवश्यकता है।
• अतः अनुरोध है कि आपके विभाग के अन्तर्गत समस्त कर्मचारियों द्वारा अपने परिवार के आश्रित सदस्यों का पूर्ण विवरण आईएफएमआईएस सॉफ्टवेयर में दर्ज किया जाना सुनिश्चित किया जाए। जिन कर्मचारियों के द्वारा अपने स्तर पर यह कार्य नहीं किया जा सके, उनके लिये प्रत्येक कार्यालय में कार्यालय प्रमुख के द्वारा आवश्यक सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाये। यह कार्य दिनांक 29.02.2020 तक अनिवार्यतः पूर्ण किया जाये। IFMIS सॉफ्टवेयर में कर्मचारी परिवार विवरण और नामांकित विवरण भरने की प्रक्रिया परिशिष्ट 'एक' पर संलग्न है। कर्मचारियों द्वारा दर्ज किये गये सदस्यों के विवरण का सत्यापन आहरण एवं संवितरण अधिकारी द्वारा किया जाकर कर्मचारियों की सेवा पुस्तिका में चस्पा भी किया जाये।

IFMIS पोर्टल पर लॉगिन कैसे करें

शासकीय सेवक परिवार का विवरण दर्ज या अपडेट करने के लिये नीचे दिये गये लिंक के माध्यम से लॉगिन कर सकते हैं। Intranet के माध्यम से स्वान / एनआईसी नेट / वीपीएन नेटवर्क हेतु लिंक https://ifmisprod.mptreasury.gov.in/IFMS का इस्तेमाल करें। इंटरनेट या मोबाइल हेतु https://mptreasury.gov.in/IFMS लिंक खोलें, इसके लिये पॉप अप ब्लॉकर को अनुमति देना जरूरी है।

प्रक्रिया के लिये पूर्व अपेक्षा

यूजर आईडी, कोषालय यूनिक एम्पलाई कोड है जिसका पासवर्ड आहरण एवं संवितरण अधिकारी (डीडीओ) से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है, या फिर IFMIS में दर्ज मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP के माध्यम से पासवर्ड रिसेट किया जा सकता है।

कर्मचारी परिवार के सदस्य विवरण जोड़ने या अपडेट करने की प्रक्रिया

STEP 1 - लॉगिन के उपरान्त नेविगेशन HRMIS -> ESS (Employee Self Service) -> E-Profile -> Family detail पर जाएं।

STEP 2 - परिवार के सदस्यों का विवरण, नाम, जन्म तिथि, कर्मचारी के साथ संबंध, बैंक विवरण, शिक्षा, सदस्य का पता आदि जानकारी दर्ज करें और परिवार के विवरण का स्कैन अपलोड करें।

STEP 3 - सदस्य जोड़ने के लिये Add पर क्लिक करें, कई सदस्यों को एक साथ भी जोड़ा जा सकता है।

STEP 4 - Submit पर क्लिक करें। इसके बाद अनुरोध हायरार्की में सत्यापनकर्ता (Verifier) की कार्य सूची में दिखेगा। अनुमोदन के बाद परिवार के सदस्य को जोड़ने या अपडेट करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी होगी। कर्मचारी Approved request tab में पहले से मौजूद सदस्य की जांच भी कर सकता है।

जिन शासकीय सेवकों को ऑनलाइन सिस्टम के इस्तेमाल में असुविधा है, उनके लिये ऑन बिहाफ रिक्वेस्ट के माध्यम से कार्यालय प्रमुख द्वारा जानकारी अपडेट करने की सुविधा दी गई है, नेविगेशन: HRMIS -> ESS (Employee Self Service) -> Miscellaneous Request -> Apply on Behalf। प्रक्रिया में कर्मचारियों से प्राप्त पत्र संख्या और तारीख दर्ज कर संबंधित कर्मचारी का यूनिक एम्पलाई कोड सर्च करें, इसके बाद ऊपर बताई गई परिवार विवरण जोड़ने या अपडेट करने वाली स्टेप्स के अनुसार ही प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।
