Only those applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below will become eligible for Kerala Vayomadhuram Glucometer Scheme for diabetic senior citizens of BPL families:-

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of the Kerala state.
• He / she must be a senior citizen i.e. the elderly person must be above 60 years of age.
• Applicant must be suffering from diabetes and for this purpose, a certificate from an authorized doctor is required.
• If there are a large number of applicants, priority will be given to older persons.
• The applicants must belong to the below poverty line (BPL) category.
