Telangana Dalit Bandhu Component List 2026 on the basis of sector has been released at dalitbandhu.telangana.gov.in. Dalit Bandhu Scheme was introduced to raise the level of financial support to SC households for setting up suitable income generating economic schemes, as the delivery of credit by banks in the form of loans had become a constraint. It is a part of a multi-pronged approach, in addition to existing entitlements like food security, education and social security.
Scheme has been closed or it was a one time scheme which has been closed by the government.
One time capital support of Rs. 10 lakh per SC family was provided for all SC families as a 100% grant or subsidy to set up a suitable income generating scheme of their choice, without any bank loan linkage. Government of Telangana had launched Dalit Bandhu Scheme as a big intervention to push scheduled caste families into economic development and ensure social dignity. As of 2026, the scheme is on hold and no fresh applications are being accepted.
