New CSC Apply Online / Digital Seva Registration Form 2026

CSC registration for individual VLEs is now done only through the new portal at cscregister.csccloud.in. The old portal register.csc.gov.in now handles only institutional VLE registration. Before filling the Digital Seva Registration Form 2026, applicants must have a valid working mobile number, email ID and a TEC Certificate Number, because a TEC certificate is now required to register as a CSC VLE. All required documents must be uploaded in the prescribed format. Here is the complete process to register for CSC and fill up the CSC application form:-

STEP 1: Visit the official Common Service Centre portal at csc.gov.in or directly open the new VLE registration page at cscregister.csccloud.in/web/register

STEP 2: On the registration page, select the "Individual" application type and enter your TEC Certificate Number and BC/BF Certificate Number, then click on "Validate" as shown below:-

STEP 3: Fill in your personal details such as full name, date of birth and gender. Then enter your mobile number and email ID and validate both with the OTP sent to them as shown below:-

STEP 4: Next, fill the additional personal details like father's or husband's name, mother's name, marital status, category, disability category, location type and your residential address as shown below:-

STEP 5: Fill the Kiosk details such as kiosk name, ownership, location type, state, district, village, gram panchayat, kiosk address and pin code. Enter the captcha, tick the Aadhaar consent box and click on "Next" button as shown here:-

STEP 6: Enter your PAN number and click on "Validate". The PAN number is checked online with the name given in the application. Then enter your bank details such as IFSC code, account type, account number and validate the account with a penny drop check as shown here:-

STEP 7: Upload the required documents such as your photo, PAN card, Aadhaar card, voter ID, highest qualification document, TEC certificate and BC certificate. Only .jpg, .png and .pdf files are accepted and each file should be less than 1 MB in size as shown here:-

STEP 8: Review the preview of your submitted details and check all the information again. Then upload the geotagged video of your CSC centre through the CSC app as shown here:-

STEP 9: Finally, review the whole application form and check all the details again. After reviewing, click on the "Confirm & submit" button to finish the registration.

Upon submission of all details, a reference ID / application number is generated. Afterwards, candidates can finally submit the application on receiving an acknowledgement email on the email ID provided during registration. In case your application is rejected, you will receive an email about the same and you can reapply as a fresh applicant.

If your application is approved, you are successfully connected as a Village Level Entrepreneur. Your account will be created and you will get your DigiMail credentials on the registered email address. Also, your CSC Connect credentials are emailed over to your DigiMail address.

VLE Eligibility for CSC Digital Seva Kendra Registration 2026

All the applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria before making CSC Digital Seva Kendra registration:-

1. Age - Minimum age of applicants must be 18 years.
2. Educational Qualifications - Applicants must have qualified class 10th from a recognized board as the minimum educational qualification.
3. There is no restriction on gender, caste and religion.
4. All the VLEs must have basic knowledge of computer and must be fluent in reading and writing the local dialect and should have basic knowledge of English.
5. VLE must be motivated enough to serve local people and to carry out their responsibilities with honesty. CSC VLEs are the key drivers of social change as they bring change by delivering ICT enabled services.
6. For the general VLE group, a TEC Certificate and a BC/BF certificate by IIBF are required.

CSC Digital Seva Kendra Re-registration 2026

CSC Digital Seva Kendra re-registration is mandatory in all the systems for all village level entrepreneurs and every year VLEs have to re-register by visiting the official CSC portal. The re-registration dates are notified to VLEs through the CSC portal and also through its various social media accounts. In case the re-registration is not completed, VLEs would not be able to process any transactions.

So, all the VLEs are advised to re-register themselves within the stipulated time period. For the re-registration process, VLEs have to visit the official csc.gov.in website and have to click at the re-register link under the Application tab. What is a CSC?

How does CSC work?

What is Virtual ID (VID)?
VID (Virtual ID) is a temporary, revocable 16-digit random number mapped with the Aadhaar number. It is not possible to derive / extract the Aadhaar number from VID.

How can I generate my VID?
