Israel Interview Drive is a special recruitment drive run by Labour and Employment Department of Uttar Pradesh to connect skilled construction workers with jobs in Israel. The drive covers trades like plastering, ceramic tiling, framework/shuttering carpentry and iron bending. Both freshers and candidates with 3 or more years of experience can apply.

Selected candidates are paid a monthly salary of about Rs. 1,62,500 (around 6,247 NIS) for these construction roles. The job comes with a one-year contract, and workers have to put in 182 hours per month across 26 working days. There is no application fee at any stage, and if anyone asks for money, it should be reported right away.

How to Apply for Israel Job Registration

To apply for jobs in Israel, follow these steps on the official portal.

STEP 1 - Visit the Rojgaar Sangam portal at rojgaarsangam.up.gov.in and register as a job seeker by selecting the Israel job category that matches your skills.

STEP 2 - Complete your profile with personal details like age, trade experience, education and passport information, and upload the scanned copies of the required documents.

STEP 3 - Labour and Employment Department will verify your documents. Shortlisted candidates are then called for an English pre-screening test and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) training.

STEP 4 - After clearing the RPL test, candidates move to the Name Check stage, where details are verified only from the passport. Carry the original passport with at least 3 years of validity during the pre-screening and professional test.

STEP 5 - Eligible candidates then appear for the professional test drive, after which their data goes into a random selection or lottery process for a fair and clear selection.

STEP 6 - Once selected, submit soft copies of documents like Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), Medical Report, Self-Declaration, Health Declaration, Passport Copy and Visa Request Form. After the visa is approved, candidates complete Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) and get ready for deployment to Israel.

Eligibility Criteria for Israel Registration

• You must be a domicile of India or Uttar Pradesh, with at least 3 years of experience in the relevant trade like Framework/Shuttering Carpenter, Iron Bending, Ceramic Tiling or Plastering.
