MahaLabharthi Portal Replaced by MahaSarathi: Login & Registration at mahasarathi.maharashtra.gov.in 2026

MahaLabharthi Portal Online Registration / Login: MahaLabharthi portal was an online portal at www.mahalabharthi.in launched by the state government of Maharashtra to give information about all the Maharashtra government schemes. Citizens of the state could register themselves on the MahaLabharthi portal and receive personalized information about various state government schemes.

MahaLabharthi portal has now been replaced by the new MahaSarathi portal at mahasarathi.maharashtra.gov.in. Maharashtra government launched MahaSarathi in March 2026 under the "One State, One Portal" plan. It is the unified digital platform of the state that brings together 1077+ government services and 93+ schemes on a single website. The old mahalabharthi.in website is no longer available, so all scheme information and registration work now happens through MahaSarathi.

MahaSarathi was launched by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at Sahyadri Guest House in Mumbai as part of the state's e-governance reforms. The portal works with a single MahaID login, so citizens do not have to fill their details again and again for different schemes. Below is the updated procedure to register and use the new MahaSarathi portal.

MahaLabharthi Yojana Application Form PDF

Earlier, offline registration for MahaLabharthi was done by filling and submitting the prescribed application form at registered MKCL MS-CIT Help Centers across the state. The PDF form could be downloaded from the official website and submitted at the MKCL MS-CIT centers.

Since the old mahalabharthi.in website is no longer available, the MKCL MS-CIT center list link is also not working. For the new MahaSarathi portal, registration is fully online through the official website, and no offline form is required.
