West Bengal government launched a new Didi Ke Bolo Portal at didikebolo.com for public grievances. CM Mamata Banerjee herself has started this campaign in order to reach out to people. A new Didi Ke Bolo contact number 9137091370 and website www.didikebolo.com was started in April 2019.

People were given an option to fill contact form at the official website but that option and in fact the website itself has been closed by the government, but, the helpline phone number is active under Programme Implementation & Grievance Cell where people can still lodge their complains.

People can now check the contact number and raise their complaint / problem at the 9137091370 phone number. This is the 1st of its kind initiative announced by the Trinamool Congress (TMC) led state government. The main focus of this campaign is on strengthening the party’s connect at the grassroot level, what was once its stronghold.

IMPORTANT: Online Complaint registration on Didi ke Bolo Portal has now been closed. You can just call 9137091370 to make a complain and visit cmo.wb.gov.in to check the status of your complain.

Under the new Grievance system, more than 5,670 offices of 54 government departments are covered across the state. As of 27 October 2025, 4,930,345 grievance have been lodged out of 3,637,628 have been redressed under the Didi Ke Bolo helpline.

The TMC party leaders will visit villages to boost morale of poor people in that particular area. Moreover, these leaders will listen to those people who voice grievances or raise concerns.

CM Mamata Banerjee is ready to fight back and win her rural support by resolving the issues of extortion at the local level and other issues like corruption. She had also urged party leaders to get down to the block level and work for the people.
