Online Application

Application is made through the official I-Khedut Portal. The online process is explained below:

STEP 1 - Go to the I-Khedut Portal and click on the Apply New button to start a fresh application.

STEP 2 - Fill in the details, save the application, and confirm it within seven days from the date of saving. A saved application that is not confirmed does not count as a real application.

STEP 3 - Take a printout of the confirmed application, sign it, and scan the signed copy. Upload the scanned copy along with the required documents through the Upload menu on the portal.

STEP 4 - Make sure the scanned PDF files are not larger than 200 KB. Wrong or incomplete documents will not be accepted online, so the applicant has to submit the correct documents within seven days.

Offline Application

For the offline route, visit the nearest Intensive Poultry Development Project Office or District Poultry Extension Centre.

• Collect the official form, fill it out completely, and attach all self-attested documents.
• Submit the form to the designated authority for verification.
