Scheme for Assistance to Logistic Park was launched by the Industries and Mines Department of Gujarat to help private developers and institutions build modern logistic parks and facilities. It offers financial support on eligible Fixed Capital Investment so supply chain operations become easier and industrial growth picks up across the state.
The original scheme came into force on August 7, 2020, under the Gujarat Industrial Policy 2020, and remained valid up to August 6, 2025. After that period ended, Gujarat replaced it with the Scheme for Financial Assistance to Integrated Logistics Facilities under the Gujarat Integrated Logistics and Logistics Park Policy 2021, which ran from August 2, 2021 to August 1, 2026. As of August 2026, Gujarat has also brought in the new Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026 to guide fresh investment in the logistics sector.
Scheme for Assistance to Logistic Park - Overview
Scheme for Assistance to Logistic Park is a state level scheme focused on building strong logistics infrastructure. It helps eligible institutions set up logistic parks that improve the movement of goods, cut transport costs, and make the supply chain smoother. The main aim is to encourage private and institutional money into modern logistics facilities.
Under the older version, the government released funds in four installments of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% as the project crossed its milestones, with the final 15% paid only after full completion. The replacement scheme under the 2021 policy follows a similar phase wise payment pattern, so developers get their capital subsidy step by step as the park takes shape.
