Eligibility

You should meet these conditions to apply for the Pragati Scholarship:

  3. Your total annual family income from all sources should not exceed ₹8,00,000 per financial year.
  4. Students from 13 specific Union Territories and North Eastern States, such as Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh, get priority support during selection.

Exclusions

Some conditions can stop you from getting this scholarship. If you fail or drop out during your studies, you will no longer be eligible. You cannot get the scholarship if you are already drawing financial aid, salary or a stipend from another source. If there is a gap of more than two years between completing your qualifying exam and getting admission, you will not qualify.
