Haryana government is running Old Age Samman Allowance with a revised pension of ₹3,200 per month for senior citizens aged 60 years or above. Old Age Samman Allowance is run by Haryana's Department of Social Justice and Empowerment. Old Age Samman Allowance 2026 - Overview
Haryana runs this pension mainly for older people from farming, labour, artisan and weaker section families. Any person aged 60 or above who is a permanent resident of Haryana and whose family income (self and spouse combined) is not more than ₹3,00,000 per year can apply. Payment is done every month through Direct Bank Transfer.

How to Apply Online for Old Age Samman Allowance

STEP 1 - Open the official portal at saralharyana.gov.in and register as a new user by entering your name, mobile number, email ID and a password.
STEP 2 - Log in with the registered ID and click on 'Apply for Services'. Search for Old Age Samman Allowance in the service list and open the form.
STEP 3 - Fill in your personal details, age, address, Family ID number, Aadhaar number and bank account information as asked in the form.
STEP 4 - Upload the age proof, residence proof and Aadhaar document, then submit the form. Save the acknowledgement receipt for tracking your application later.
Offline Application at Local Office
People who cannot apply online can visit the local office of the Social Justice Department, a Common Service Centre or an Atal Seva Kendra. The application form is also available for download at pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in/form_and_proc. Fill the form, attach copies of the documents and submit it at the counter. Keep the receipt with the tracking ID for status check later.

Eligibility for Old Age Samman Allowance
Any person who wants to apply for this pension should meet a few basic conditions set by Haryana government. These rules make sure the money reaches people who really need income support.
