STEP 1 - Visit the SUGAM portal and log in with your details.

STEP 2 - Select the relevant bursary scheme and create a new application for the active academic year.

STEP 3 - Provide personal details, academic history, address, and current institution information.

STEP 4 - Enter bank account details and upload the required documents, including the bonafide certificate, fee receipts, and income documentation.

STEP 5 - Authenticate and submit the undertaking using the Aadhaar-based e-sign process.

STEP 6 - Submit the application online, download the generated form, and print a hard copy.

STEP 7 - Send the signed hard copy via post or hand-delivery to: The Director, Directorate of Higher Education, Goa Education Complex, Alto-Porvorim, Goa, 403521.

STEP 8 - Mark the envelope with: "APPLICATION FOR MANOHAR PARRIKAR GOA SCHOLAR SCHEME [Year]".
