STEP 1 - Open the official website skpuplabour.in in your browser. This is the portal of UP Labour Welfare Board.
STEP 2 - Click on the 'Shramik Application' option on the homepage.
STEP 3 - If you are a new user, click on 'Register New User' and complete the registration form. Your user ID and password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
STEP 4 - Log in with the user ID and password received on your mobile.
STEP 5 - Select Mahadevi Verma Shramik Pustak Kraya Dhan Yojana from the list of schemes, fill the form carefully and upload a recent photo of the student.
STEP 6 - Submit the application and take a printout of the submitted form.
STEP 7 - Get this printout verified and signed from the educational institution and from the factory or establishment where the worker is employed.
STEP 8 - Log in again and go to 'Scheme Application Details'. Upload the scanned copy of the verified form along with all required documents and save the application.
STEP 9 - After verification by the department, the grant is transferred to the bank account of the student and an SMS is sent. Application status can be checked anytime under 'Application Status' on the portal.
