Kisan Kaleva Yojana is a welfare scheme by the Rajasthan government that provides farmers and their helpers with nutritious, subsidized meals at vegetable market premises. Under this scheme, a full meal is available for just ₹5 per plate, which helps reduce the daily food cost for agricultural workers when they visit the mandi to sell their crops.

The scheme is run by the Agriculture Department of Rajasthan and continues to support farmers, hamals, palledars and tularas registered at market premises. Eligible people can collect food coupons and enjoy a wholesome meal inside the market itself, making their working day easier.

Kisan Kaleva Yojana - Introduction

Kisan Kaleva Yojana serves as a support system for people who feed the nation. When farmers travel to the mandi to sell their produce, the scheme makes sure they can get a warm and affordable meal without worry. By giving food coupons to both farmers and their registered helpers, the scheme removes the stress of daily food expenses while working in the market.

Each eligible person can enjoy a full, nutritious meal for only ₹5. The government pays the rest of the cost, so the scheme actively helps the farming community stay healthy whenever they visit the market.
