• The primary or main activities of the organization should be cultural in nature.
• Your organization should have the capacity to conduct at least 20 events or programmes in a year.
• It should have spent at least ₹1 crore on cultural activities during three of the last five years.

• Up to 25% of the grant may be used for maintenance (staff salary, office expenses, miscellaneous costs) and for construction, repairs, extension, restoration, or renovation of the building.
