Here is the complete process of how to download the Shramik card or labour card online in Odisha:

STEP 1 - Visit the official website at https://labour.odisha.gov.in/

STEP 2 - On the homepage, click on the "Odisha Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board" link, or directly visit the board portal at https://nirmanshramik.odisha.gov.in. The older board website at bocboard.labdirodisha.gov.in is also accessible.

STEP 3 - Here the complete list of Odisha labourers will open. Click on the district name and the beneficiary details for the district will appear as shown below:

Note: Link on district name has been removed by the department, now, you can not check the complete list online. However, if enabled again, you can follow this process.

STEP 4 - This Odisha new labour card list will include name, D.O.B, regd no, address, registration date and establishment name. Here click on the link under "Regd. No" section.
