All Phase 5 plots are in Aashish Khand of Anant Nagar Yojana on Mohan Road. The smallest size, 112.5 square meters (about 1,210 square feet), makes up the bulk of the round with 425 plots. The other two sizes are 200 square meters (about 2,152 square feet) with 23 plots and 162 square meters (about 1,743 square feet) with 12 plots.

Payment and Allotment
