Kalibai Scooty Yojana 2026-27 Online Apply - Applications for the 2026-27 session of Kali Bai Bheel Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Yojana have not opened yet. Rajasthan Government has not announced the dates. Going by the last two sessions, the portal usually opens around September and stays open for a couple of months.
For the 2025-26 session, applications started on 23 September 2025 with 31 October 2025 as the first last date. That window was later extended, and correction and college-level checking of forms carried on till April 2026. So do not treat the first announced last date as final, but do not wait for an extension either.
One thing has changed for everyone applying now. Selected girls no longer get a scooty handed over at the college. Rajasthan Government sends ₹70,000 through DBT or an e-RUPI voucher and the girl buys the scooty herself. That makes your bank details the most important part of this form. How to Apply Online for Kalibai Scooty Yojana 2026-27
Online applications for the scheme will be invited through the official scholarship portal of Rajasthan Government using the below process.
STEP 1: Visit the official website of HTE Rajasthan at hte.rajasthan.gov.in and click on "Online Scholarship" link on the homepage.
STEP 2: Click on the "Apply Now" button on the next page to go to the scholarship portal of the Rajasthan Government.
STEP 3: Now on the scholarship portal, under the Information link, you will see the "KALI BAI BHEEL MEDHAVI CHHATRA SCOOTY YOJANA" for Pass 10th Last Year and Pass 12th Last Year as shown in below image.
STEP 4: Now, in order to apply for the scheme, click the Login link above and then a SSO Rajasthan login page will open as below.
STEP 5: If you already have an SSO Rajasthan account, then login using your username & password or click the "Register" option to complete the scheme registration.
STEP 6: After logging in, you will see the list of schemes you eligible for as per your profile information, select "Kalibai Scooty Yojana" from the list or select "Scholarship (CE)" from the list of applications as shown below.
On the next page, click on CONTINUE (CE,TAD,MINORITY) button in the popup ash shown in below image.
Now Select Student and click the OK button.
STEP 7: After selecting the Student option, click on "OK" and the fill all the required details in the application form.
STEP 8: Upload all the required information and submit your application.
After successful application submission, system will display the confirmation message which includes the unique application number (SCHOALRSHIP/2025-26/XXXXXX). Keep note of this application number to later check the application and payment status.
SMS / Email notification is also sent to the applicant.
Get These Papers Right Before the Portal Opens
Most applications get stuck at the college checking stage over the same handful of documents. Sorting them out now saves you an objection later.
Income certificate is the usual problem. It should be recent, so get a fresh one rather than reusing an old copy. Caste certificate has to be issued by a competent authority and should clearly state your category. Fee receipt of your current year of college is needed, not just the admission year. Jan Aadhaar has to carry the correct name, father's name, date of birth and mobile number, because the form pulls these straight from it and the Commissionerate does not accept corrections at its own level. Any mistake there has to be fixed at an eMitra centre first.
Bank account matters more than it used to. Keep a savings account in the girl's own name, seeded with Aadhaar and DBT enabled, and upload a passbook photo where the account number and IFSC code are clearly readable.

What marks are needed to apply?
RBSE students need at least 65% in 12th and CBSE students need at least 75%. Family income should be below ₹2,50,000 a year, and the girl must be studying regularly in a college in Rajasthan. Final selection still depends on merit and the cut off for your district and category.
Can I apply without an SSO ID?
No. The form runs only through the SSO portal. Register at sso.rajasthan.gov.in using your Jan Aadhaar or Aadhaar first, then open the Scholarship (CE, TAD, Minority) app.
