STEP 1 - First, go to the official portal of Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana at https://msy.jharkhand.gov.in/.

STEP 2 - On the homepage, open the "APPLICATION" tab and click on the "Apply for Job card" link as shown in the image below.

STEP 3 - After this, an application form will open in front of you. Fill in all the details such as address, district, urban local body, ward, pin code, and the details of all family members who want a job card, including name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar number and mobile number.

STEP 4 - After filling all the details, click on "I agree to above declaration" and fill in the given numbers.

STEP 5 - Once all the details are complete, the "Submit" button will turn blue. Click on the "Submit" button to complete the application. You may also need to upload a residence certificate to show that you live in an urban area of Jharkhand.

STEP 6 - After this, the application goes to the department for approval and you get an "Application Ref Number". You can use this number to download your job card.
