DDA launched Premium Housing Scheme 2026 through online e-Auction with 582 flats and standalone car and scooter garages. Delhi Development Authority offered these units under HIG, MIG, LIG, Janta and EHS categories across several localities in Delhi, and all of them were sold through bidding on the official DDA e-Auction portal.
Registration and bidding for the 2026 edition closed earlier this year, and DDA has now published the list of successful H1 bidders. Even so, the DDA e-Auction portal stays the main channel for online flat booking in Delhi. Whenever a new DDA housing scheme opens, the same registration and bidding process is used, so the steps below will help you take part. Full scheme details can be checked in the DDA premium housing scheme 2026 brochure PDF and the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026 main page.
DDA also runs other housing options like DDA Housing Scheme 2026 and DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2026, which use online booking and e-Auction in the same way.
