Odisha government's Ama Shasana (Our Governance) scheme is accepting citizen feedback on state government services through WhatsApp, a toll-free helpline, an official website chatbot, and direct calls from ministers and officials. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi launched the scheme in August 2025 to make governance more people friendly and clear.
Ama Shasana also helps citizens connect directly with the government. Feedback shared under the scheme improves the quality of public services and makes the system more responsive and responsible. Officials use a mobile app and random phone calls to collect feedback from different parts of the state.
