What is Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana 2024
On 23 Feb 2022, Chief Minister of Rajasthan announced to start Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana for women. Free of cost smartphones along with 3 year internet connectivity would be given to women head of Chiranjeevi families.
While announcing the scheme, CM Ashok Gehlot said “कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी प्रदान करने एवं पात्र परिवार को घर बैठे सरकार की सुविधाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने की दृष्टि से मैं, ‘मुख्यमंत्री डिजिटल सेवा योजना प्रारम्भ करना प्रस्तावित करता हूँ। इसके तहत लगभग एक करोड़ 33 लाख चिरंजीवी परिवारों की महिला मुखियाओं को तीन वर्ष की internet connectivity के साथ smart phone दिये जाने की घोषणा करता हूँ। इस पर 2 हजार 500 करोड़ रुपये वार्षिक का व्यय किया जायेगा। इससे सभी तरह की सेवायें प्राप्त करने के साथ-साथ शिकायतों के त्वरित निस्तारण की सुविधा भी मिल सकेगी।”
Specifications of Smartphones in Rajasthan Free Mobile Phone Scheme
Smartphones will have free internet connectivity and free calling for 3 years. However, you will only get 5 to 10 GB of internet data per month. This data can also be extended after the tender is finalized. According to the information, the smartphones will be made in India and will have the following specifications:-
- 5.5-inch display
- Quad-core 1.2- 1.6 GHz processor
- 2 GB RAM
- 32 GB memory
- 3200 mAh battery
- Dual SIM Support
- At least an 8-megapixel camera.
Applications of the state government’s flagship schemes will be pre-installed in it. Through this, women will be able to get information about the schemes of the government.
Rajasthan Free Smartphone Scheme Online Registration Form 2024
If you are unable to find your name in Chiranjeevi Yojana list of beneficiaries and your registration status is inactive, then there is no need to worry. Eligibility Criteria for मुख्यमंत्री डिजिटल सेवा योजना
Only those candidates who fulfills the below mentioned criteria would be eligible for Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state.
- Only women could become the beneficiary of the Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana.
- She must be the head of Chiranjeevi family i.e her name must be included in Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana beneficiaries list.
In other words, only women head of the families under Chiranjeevi Yojana in Rajasthan can get free smartphones with internet connectivity under Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana. Budgetary Allocation for Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana in Rajasthan
CM announced that around Rs. 2,500 crore every year would be spent on providing free smartphones with 3 year internet connectivity to women. So in Rajasthan Budget 2022-23, CM Ashok Gehlot has made a budgetary allocation of Rs. 2500 crore for the successful implementation of Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana.

Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana Registration Status
STEP 1: Firstly visit the official website https://chiranjeevi.rajasthan.gov.in/#/home
STEP 2: At the homepage, you will see the “रजिस्ट्रेशन की स्तिथि खोजें” section to check Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana registration status.
STEP 3: Here women head of families can enter their Jan Aadhar number.
STEP 4: Women can then click at “Search” button to check their Digital Seva Yojana application status.
STEP 5: If your status shows that “You are a beneficiary of Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana” then you would be eligible for getting free smartphone with internet connectivity under Digital Seva Scheme otherwise not.
Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana List of Beneficiaries
As mentioned above, any women head of Chiranjeevi family would be eligible for Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana. Her name must be included in Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana list of beneficiaries. So you can check your registration status for Chiranjeevi Yojana and if you are registered as Chiranjeevi beneficiary, then you will get free smartphone + internet in Digital Seva Scheme.
