STEP 1: Firstly visit the official e-Paddy portal at https://epaddy.wb.gov.in/
STEP 2: At the homepage, click on the "New Rice Mill Registration" option present in the main menu or directly open https://epaddy.wb.gov.in/PublicProfile/NewRiceMillRegistration
STEP 3: Then the WB Kharif Paddy Procurement Scheme Rice Mill Registration page will appear as below:-
STEP 4: Here enter the rice mill name, district, address, mobile number, OTP, e-mail ID, verification code and click at the "Submit" button to complete the rice mill registration process for WB Kharif Paddy Procurement Scheme.
After the registration is done, rice mill owners can log in on the same portal to accept paddy dispatch, submit delivery details and track the custom milled rice (CMR) process for the season.

Approx. 13 lakh of an estimated 72 lakh paddy farmers in West Bengal have registered themselves for the Kharif Paddy Procurement Scheme so far. The WB state govt. is planning to reach out to as many farmers as possible.
The central government has fixed the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for common paddy at ₹2,441 per quintal for the 2026-27 Kharif marketing season. The state adds its own bonus on top of this central MSP. This helps farmers get a fair price for their produce and stops distress sales.
