The Social Justice and Empowerment Department of Rajasthan has started online applications for government hostels and residential schools admission. People can now apply online by filling Govt. Hostels / Residential Schools online registration form at sjms.rajasthan.gov.in or sso.rajasthan.gov.in. The online application process for admission in new academic session 2022-23 in state and aided hostels and residential schools has been started in Rajasthan. The start date for registration is 20 May 2024 while last date to apply online is 30 June 2024.

Govt. Hostels / Residential Schools Online Registration & Login

Here is the apply online process for admission in Rajasthan govt. hostels / residential schools by making registration & login:-

STEP 1: All the new users can make registration at the Rajasthan Single Sign On (SSO) portal at https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register link.

STEP 2: The Rajasthan govt. hostels / residential schools online registration form will appear as shown below:-

STEP 3: Fill in all the necessary details to make registration. Then all the existing users can make login at https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin portal.

STEP 4: Then the Rajasthan govt. hostels / residential schools login form will appear as shown below:-

STEP 5: In case you have “User Name” and “Password“, then click at the “Existing User” link. If you do not have Username and Password, then click at the “New User” link. Furthermore, if you have lost or forgotten your Username and Password, then reset your password by sending e-mail at [email protected]

STEP 6: After making login, click at the “Application” link and then at “SJMS SMS” tab on the dashboard. Accordingly click at the “Hostel & RREIS” tab as shown below:-

STEP 7: Then the Rajasthan Hostel and RREIS Admission Form will open which is to be filled and submitted.

Important Dates to Apply Online

Here are the important dates to apply online for admission in Rajasthan government hostels and residential schools:-

• Start Date – Online applications will be accepted on the portal for admission in residential schools and state-aided hostels from 20 May 2022.
• Last Date –
  • 18 June 2022 – The applicants can apply for admission in residential schools and government-aided hostels (school-level) in the new academic session 2022-23 till 18 June 2022.
  • 30 June 2022 – Students can apply for admission in college-level hostels till 30 June 2022.

Eligibility for Rajasthan Govt. Hostels / Residential Schools Application

A) Applicant must be resident of Rajasthan.

B) At school-level hostels, students from class 6 to 12 will be eligible.

C) At college-level hostels, students pursuing graduation will be allowed among other criteria.
