Applications for this scholarship are invited offline through the Head of the Institution (HoI) of the school where the child is studying. STEP 1 - Visit the Head of the Institution (HoI) at the current school and collect the official application form for this scholarship.
STEP 2 - Fill in all the required details correctly, fix a recent passport-sized photograph, and attach self-attested copies of the award testimonials, domicile certificate and other supporting documents.
STEP 3 - Submit the completed application form to the HoI. The Head of the Institution will check the documents and forward the application to the Directorate of School Education, Puducherry for further processing.
For children studying outside the Union Territory of Puducherry, the application should be countersigned by the competent educational authority of that respective state or union territory.
