STEP 1 - Open the official Ministry of Culture website at indiaculture.gov.in in your browser. Look for the 'MOC Schemes Application' section on the homepage and click on it to go to the CSMS portal.

STEP 2 - On the CSMS login page at csms.nic.in, click on the New User Registration link and register with your basic details like name, email ID and mobile number. You will get login details after registration.

How Selection and Payment Works

After the Expert Committee gives its suggestions, the administration division checks the recommendations against the available funds. Finally, the competent authority approves the pension with the concurrence of the Internal Finance Division before the money is released to your bank account.
