Application Process
STEP 1 – Visit the official KBOCWWB website at https://kbocwwb.karnataka.gov.in and click on the login option. Select register as a new construction worker if you are not already registered. Enter your mobile number linked to Aadhaar and verify using the OTP sent to your phone.
STEP 2 – Fill in your personal details, upload the required documents including employment certificate (Form V(A), V(B), V(C) or V(D)), self-attested Aadhaar card, age proof, and ration card if available. Review all details and submit the registration application.
STEP 3 – Once your worker registration is approved, log in to the portal using your mobile number and OTP. Navigate to the schemes section and select the pension scheme. The application is processed through Seva Sindhu software.
STEP 4 – Enter the required details, upload your original Board identity card, employer certificate, bank passbook copy, passport size photo, and ration card. Submit the application for processing by Senior Labour Inspector and Assistant Labour Commissioner.
STEP 5 – After verification, the Board will issue a pension sanction order along with a pension identity card having a unique pension payment order number. You must submit a living certificate (Form XII-A) every year to continue receiving payments.
Renewal process: You should log in to your account, click on the renewal tab, update your information with the latest employment certificate, and submit to keep your membership active. Registration must be renewed every 3 years with a 1-year grace period. After the grace period, registration becomes invalid if not renewed.
