Mukhyamantri Bagwani Mission: Aam Vikas Yojana is a focused scheme of the Bihar government to boost mango cultivation across the state. It gives financial subsidy and high-quality planting material to farmers who want to start or expand mango orchards on up to 10 acres of land. The scheme is still open for new farmers and the Agriculture Department of Bihar accepts applications for the 2026 planting season.

Aam Vikas Yojana works under the umbrella of Mukhyamantri Bagwani Mission. Under this scheme, a farmer gets ₹18,000 per hectare in the first year and ₹6,000 per hectare in the second and third year through DBT payment. Along with the money, farmers also get good quality mango plants to set up their orchard.
