Investment Promotion Scheme (IPS) for Thrust Sectors: Scheme for Marine Products Processing Units is a scheme run by the Department of Industries in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. Benefits
Eligible units can get a Credit Linked Interest Subsidy that supports their financial health. The subsidy is 60% per annum, limited to a maximum of ₹50,00,000 per annum for a period of 5 years or until your loan is fully repaid, whichever comes first.
Eligibility
To qualify, your unit must meet these criteria:
- Operate as a new or existing manufacturing or service unit within the MSME sector undergoing expansion or diversification.
- Make sure your unit commenced commercial production between 20.05.2022 and 19.05.2027.
- Be located within the U.T. of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
- Submit your application online within one year from the date of the first loan disbursement or before starting commercial production.
Exclusions
Your enterprise will not be eligible for the interest subsidy if your term loan is sanctioned more than one year after the date of commencement of commercial production.
Application Process
STEP 1 - Visit the Registration page at swp.dddgov.in/registration, provide your details, and complete your email verification. Once your email is verified, use the OTP sent to your phone to finish setting up your account. Your login credentials will arrive in your registered email.
STEP 2 - Log in to the Official Portal at swp.dddgov.in/login using your mobile number and the PIN received in your email.
STEP 3 - On the portal, go to the Departments & Services tab on the left menu and select District Industries Centre DD & DNH. Click the button to apply for the Investment Promotion Scheme (2022 to 2027).
STEP 4 - Fill out the Common Application Form with your business details and upload all required documents.
STEP 5 - Review your application carefully and click Submit to complete the application process.

Are loans sanctioned by banks or financial institutions eligible for subsidy?
Yes, as long as the loans follow RBI guidelines for industries within the U.T., they qualify for the subsidy.
