Application Process
STEP 1 - Visit the CM Scholarship Portal at cmscholarship.goa.gov.in and register for the 2026-27 academic year. Fill in your Aadhaar details, bank account information, and select the Eklavya Prashikshan Yojana scheme from the list of available schemes under the Directorate of Tribal Welfare.
STEP 2 - Upload the required documents including caste certificate, birth certificate, Aadhaar card, student identity card, fee receipt from the coaching institute, and bank mandate form. Make sure all documents are self-attested copies.
STEP 3 - Submit the application and take a printout of the confirmation page for your records. The Directorate of Tribal Welfare will verify your eligibility and coaching institute registration status.
STEP 4 - After approval, the first instalment of 50% reimbursement will be transferred to your bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer. Submit the first-term attendance certificate from the coaching institute to claim the remaining 25% reimbursement.
Benefits
Through this scheme, you receive a reimbursement of 75% of the coaching fees paid. The financial support is capped at ₹10,000 per annum per subject for rural areas and ₹12,000 per annum per subject for urban areas. You must provide a fee receipt certified by your coaching institute to claim this.
The reimbursement process happens in two simple stages:
