The support is mainly for people who are not covered under Mukhyamantri Ayushman Accident Insurance Yojana or whose name is not linked in Jan Aadhaar. Eligibility
Check who can apply before starting the process. The scheme is open to residents of Rajasthan only.
- The applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan.

Exclusions
Financial help is not granted twice for the same incident. Losses related to property damage from fire or other incidents are not covered under this scheme.
Cases of suicide do not qualify for this support. If the applicant already receives support for the same issue from another state government scheme, no additional funding is given from this relief fund. Support may also be declined if the family is considered financially capable of managing the crisis on its own.
Application Process
Application for Chief Minister's Relief Fund - Accident Assistance is done offline. Follow these steps carefully.
STEP 1 - Collect the required documents: passport-sized photograph, identity proof, residential proof, FIR copy, injury report or post-mortem report, ration card, Aadhaar card, bank passbook first page or cancelled cheque, income certificate, and doctor's treatment estimate. Write the Aadhaar number and Bhamashah card or Jan Aadhaar number on the application.
STEP 2 - Submit a simple application with the injury report or post-mortem report and FIR copy to the Tehsil or District Collector's office. It can also be emailed to cmrf.cmo@rajasthan.gov.in or sent to the Chief Accounts Officer, Room No. 301, Chief Minister's Office, Government Secretariat, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302005.
STEP 3 - Make sure the application reaches the office within 6 months of the accident, or within 6 months of the date of death if the victim died during treatment.
STEP 4 - If the office points out missing details, give the corrections quickly so that approval is not delayed. The District Collector approves the amount and the payment is made as a one-time full support.
