Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) announced housing schemes in Nainwa, Bundi district under its commitment of "Hamara Prayas, Sabko Aawas". These projects were made to provide affordable and well-planned homes to people across income categories.
Scheme has been closed or it was a one time scheme which has been closed by the government.
Both Pocket A (RAJ/P/2025/4084) and Pocket B (RAJ/P/2025/4058) are registered under RERA. Applications were open between 20 August 2025 to 20 September 2025.

Application Process
STEP 1 - Visit the official Rajasthan Housing Board website at rhb.rajasthan.gov.in and open the schemes section.
STEP 2 - Register under the Online Application section using a valid mobile number and email ID.
STEP 3 - Fill in the required details and choose your preferred category (MIG/LIG/EWS/Gharaunda).
STEP 4 - Pay the application fee and initial deposit online.
STEP 5 - Submit the application before the closing date. For this scheme, applications closed on 20 September 2025.
Applicants should keep documents ready, including ID proof, income certificate (for EWS/LIG categories), and bank details.
