Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban beneficiary list is being prepared using SECC-2011 data. PMAY-U List of Beneficiaries 2023 can be viewed online at the official website of PMAY Urban at pmaymis.gov.in. People can see if they will get the benefit of the housing scheme or not by searching their name in the SECC-2011 database. PMAY Urban List of Beneficiaries comprises of the names and details of all the eligible beneficiaries who are entitled to get benefits of housing for all scheme.

The procedure to check the PMAY beneficiary list 2023 is very simple and easy. The PMAY beneficiary list displays the name of the beneficiary, father name, survey code, beneficiary code, component name, city and state name. The component name would be one of the following four benefit components of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana,
1. Beneficiary Led Construction or Enhancement
2. Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme
3. Affordable Housing in Partnership
4. In Situ Slum Redevelopment
PMAY Urban List of Beneficiaries 2023 at pmaymis.gov.in
The list of beneficiaries of PM Awas Yojana is however not available to download but one can verify if his/her name is present in the list of beneficiary or not. There is a simple procedure to check your name in the PMAY Urban list of beneficiaries as below.
How to Check Your Name in PMAY-U Beneficiary List
Just go to the URL below and type at least first three letters of your name or the name of probable beneficiary. You can also type full name but be careful with the spellings.
Steps to check name in PMAY Urban beneficiary list:
STEP 1: Visit the official website of PMAY-U at pmaymis.gov.in.

STEP 2: Take your mouse over the “Search Beneficiary” link in the main menu and click “Search by Name” link or directly click the link – http://pmaymis.gov.in/Open/Find_Beneficiary_Details.aspx
STEP 3: On the opened screen, Enter the “Aadhaar number” and click “SHOW” button as shown below:-
STEP 4: After clicking the “SHOW” button, a list of PMAY beneficiaries matching your name would be displayed. Now you can verify your existence in the list by matching your name against your father’s name, gender, religion, city or state name. The list will be displayed in the format as shown below.
STEP 5: You can view the complete details by clicking the beneficiary name and then entering your mobile number and verifying it with the OTP.
The PMAY Urban list of beneficiaries is being prepared using the SECC-2011 data. You can also click the name of the beneficiary to view the family member details, if available.
Beneficiary Wise Fund Released at pmaymis.gov.in
STEP 1: Visit the official website of PMAY Urban at pmaymis.gov.in
STEP 2: At the homepage, scroll over the “Search Beneficiary” tab and click at “Beneficiary Wise Funds Released” link.
STEP 3: Direct Link – https://pmaymis.gov.in/Open/Find_Ben_Fund_Released.aspx
STEP 4: Then the page to check beneficiary wise funds released will appear as shown below:-
STEP 5: Applicants can enter their mobile number and click at “Send OTP” button to get one time password on their registered mobile number.
STEP 6: After successful verification of OTP, applicants can check their funds release status. It is imperative to note that the beneficiary wise fund which have been released comprises of the central assistance, state share and ULB share.
Interested eligible candidates can apply for PMAY-U benefits under the four components of the scheme. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana online application forms are being invited through the official website at pmaymis.gov.in. If the candidate is found to be eligible, he/she will be included in the PMAY Urban list of the beneficiaries.
CLSS or Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme is the component under which people below the annual household income of up to Rs. 18 Lakh can apply for availing interest subsidy on home loan.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban, the central government is providing financial assistance to the eligible homeless candidates in urban areas. Target is to provide houses to about 2 crore families by the year 2024.
