Odisha government's Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana 2026 offers financial support to children of registered construction workers for their education from Class VI up to professional courses. The scheme, earlier known as Nirman Kusum Yojana, is accepting applications for the academic year 2026-27 on the Odisha State Scholarship Portal.
Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana is run by the Labour and Employees' Department of the Odisha government and managed by the Odisha Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
