Himachal Pradesh govt. is inviting HP Ujjwala Grihini Suvidha Yojana (GSY) Application Forms for e-KYC as well as to apply at food.hp.nic.in. Himachal Grihini Suvidha Yojna application form is available in PDF format at the official website which is ready to download. People can download E-KYC form and application form PDF of Grahini Suvidha Yojna to avail domestic LPG gas connections. Under Mukhyamantri Grahani Suvidha Yojana, govt. will provide 2 free of cost cylinders to beneficiaries at the time of providing gas connections.

Grihini Suvidha Yojana in Himachal Pradesh is going to result in women empowerment and will also help in creating a pollution free environment in the state. HP govt. will implement this Grahani Suvidha Yojana (HGSY) with an outlay of Rs. 65 crore for FY 2022-23. Previously, the state govt. has announced this Grihini Sividha Yojna in the annual Himachal Pradesh Budget 2018-19.

Finance Minister has said the following things about गृहिणी सुविधा योजना in HP Budget 2022-23, “Speaker Sir, our Government had started the ‘Grihini Suvidha Yojana’ by expanding the scope of ‘Ujjwala Yojana’. We have declared Himachal as a smoke-free State with the successful implementation of both these schemes. These schemes will be continued in 2022-23 and will be further liberalized. I am happy to announce that now each beneficiary will get three free cylinders including the cylinder received at the time of connection.”

Benefits of Grihini Suvidha Yojana in Himachal Pradesh Budget

The benefits of HP Grihini Suvidha Yojana as announced in Himachal Pradesh Budget Speech 2022-23 are as under:-

• In case of new connection, three free cylinders during the year will be given.
• In case of old connection, where no refill has been claimed, two free cylinders, during the year.
• In case of old connection where two free cylinders have been given, one additional cylinder will also be provided.

Finance Minister mentioned in HP Budget Speech that “I am happy to announce that Rs. 65 crore will be spent in 2022-23 which will be Rs. 45 crore more than the last year’s expenditure. माताओं, बहनों के चेहरों पर है मुस्कुराहट, ‘गृहिणी सुविधा योजना’ खुशी लेकर आई है। हिमाचल बना देश का पहला धुँआ मुक्त प्रदेश, जन सहयोग से हमने यह मन्जिल पाई है।”

STEP 4: Afterwards, e-KYC Form as well as HP Grihini Suvidha Yojana Application Form PDF will appear on the 1st page & 3rd pages in the pdf file. 2nd page consists of the list of documents necessary for filling e-KYC form.

Himachal Grihini Suvidha Yojna Details

The highlights of Himachal Pradesh Grihini Suvidha Yojna are as follows:-

• HP govt. will provide one cylinder for domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) connection and two additional cylinders to the poor families. Check cylinder details in the benefits section above.
• All families in the state who does not possess the LPG Gas Connections and are not covered under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) will get covered under HP Grahani Suvidha Scheme 2024.
• This scheme aims to provide LPG Gas connection facility to all the poor families.

To successfully implement the HP Grahini Suvidha Yojna, the state govt. has made a budgetary provision of Rs. 65 crore.
