Matritva, Shishu Evam Balika Madad Yojana

Eligibility

This scheme covers maternity, child and girl child support for registered workers. The benefit is limited to the first two deliveries of the worker.

  • Maternity benefit is payable to a woman worker only in case of institutional delivery.
  • Girl child support is given for the first girl child and also for the second child if it is a girl. A legally adopted girl child of a childless couple is also covered.

For a girl born with disability, a fixed deposit of Rs. 50,000 is made. The maturity amount is paid only if the girl remains unmarried till 18 years of age. If this condition is not met, no amount is paid.

Medhavi Chhatra Puraskar Yojana

Eligibility

All registered workers are eligible whose sons and daughters have scored 55 percent or more in classes 5 to 9, 50 percent or more in classes 10 to 12, and 60 percent or more in ITI, BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MSc and LLB. Admission to polytechnic diploma, engineering or medical degree after clearing a national or state level entrance exam is also covered.

Sant Ravidas Shiksha Sahayta Yojana

Eligibility

This scheme gives scholarship support to up to two children below 25 years of age of registered construction workers, from class 1 up to higher education.

Nirman Kamgar Awas Sahayta Yojana

Eligibility

This housing support scheme helps registered construction workers build or repair their own house.

  • Worker must be updated registered.
  • The worker or family must not have a permanent house and must have enough land to build one.
  • The applicant or any family member must not have received housing benefit under any central or state scheme.
  • Registration must be at least 5 years old and the applicant's maximum age is 55 years.

Kanya Vivah Sahayta Yojana

Eligibility

This scheme gives marriage support for the daughter of a registered construction worker.

  • The daughter must be at least 18 years old and the groom at least 21 years old.
  • The same applies in the case of the marriage of a woman registered worker herself.

Kaushal Vikas Takniki Unnayan Evam Pramadan Yojana

Eligibility

This skill development scheme gives free training to registered workers and their family members.

  • The applicant himself or his husband, wife or father must be a registered construction worker with updated contribution.
  • If the registered worker wants training himself, his age must be between 18 and 35 years.
  • For dependents, there is no age limit for the wife. There is no maximum age limit for an unmarried daughter. The maximum age for a dependent son is 21 years.

Mahatma Gandhi Pension Sahayta Yojana

Eligibility

This pension scheme supports registered construction workers who have completed 60 years of age.

  • Updated registered workers permanently living in UP who have completed 60 years of age.
  • Minimum registration period of 10 years.
  • The beneficiary must not be getting any pension from any central or state scheme (except state employee insurance corporation).
  • Pension is approved by a committee headed by the District Magistrate and paid directly by the board.

  • Proof of updated contribution payment till completing 60 years of age.
  • Readable copy of Aadhaar card, bank passbook and residence certificate.
  • Affidavit that no pension is received from any central or state government department.
  • Life certificate must be given every year in April.

Eligibility

This scheme gives medical support to registered workers for serious illness.

  • Workers who are not eligible for benefit under PM Jan Arogya Yojana and CM Jan Arogya Yojana.
  • The registered worker, his wife or husband, unmarried daughters and sons below 21 years are covered.

Nirman Kamgar Antyesti Sahayta Yojana

Eligibility

The worker for whom the claim is made must be registered with the board and his contribution must be effective on the date of death.

Nirman Kamgar Mrityu, Viklangta Sahayta Evam Akshamta Pension Yojana

Eligibility

This scheme gives support for death, disability and a pension for incapacity.

  • Updated registered worker.
  • For pension, the worker must not be eligible for pension from the State Insurance Corporation.
  • Permanent disability must be 50 percent or more.

  • Proof of updated registration.
  • Death certificate, first information report for accidental death, copy of postmortem report.
  • For disability cases, copy of the disability certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer and a copy of the first information report.

Benefits

  • Rs. 5,00,000 on death due to an accident at the workplace or elsewhere. Of this, Rs. 1 lakh is paid to the account and the remaining Rs. 4 lakh is given through fixed deposit.
  • Rs. 3 lakh for full permanent disability and Rs. 2 lakh for permanent partial disability due to an accident at the workplace.
  • Rs. 2 lakh for full permanent disability or normal death away from the workplace. Rs. 1 lakh for temporary partial disability.
  • Rs. 50,000 financial support in case of death of an unregistered worker in an accident at the workplace.
  • Pension of Rs. 1,500, 1,250 or 1,000 for life in case of full incapacity due to an accident or illness.

Shauchalay Sahayta Yojana

Eligibility

This scheme helps registered workers build a toilet at their own house.

  • Updated registered worker.
  • Registered construction workers who have their own house but no toilet facility and have not received such benefit under any other government scheme.
  • The family is taken as one unit.
  • The beneficiary must have Aadhaar registration and an account in a CBS branch of a nationalized bank.

  • Declaration that no toilet building benefit was received under any other scheme and the family has no permanent house
  • Copy of Aadhaar card and bank passbook. The scheme is run through the District Panchayat Raj Officer.

Benefits

  • Rs. 12,000 is given in 2 equal installments on applying. The first installment of Rs. 6,000 is given as an incentive advance and the second installment after the toilet is built and use starts, through the District Panchayat Raj Officer.
  • Workers are selected by the District Panchayat Raj Officer from the list of registered workers after matching with the baseline survey.
  • Payment is transferred to the beneficiary's bank account by the District Panchayat Raj Officer.

Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Chetna Yojana

Eligibility

This scheme spreads awareness about the schemes run by the board among construction workers and the public.

  • Made under the Model Welfare Scheme of the central government to make workers aware about worker registration and renewal.
  • For awareness of construction workers, an event focused on construction workers with full participation of the labour department and a program of registration and benefit distribution at the district level is organized. Expenses after prior approval of the board secretary are reimbursed. Up to 25 percent of the expense can be given in advance.
  • SMS, video clipping, wall writing, hoardings, pamphlets, awareness camps and street plays can be organized for publicity.
  • The name and photo of any government officer or public representative cannot be used in awareness campaigns.

Aapda Rahat Sahayta Yojana

Eligibility

This scheme was made keeping in mind the COVID-19 situation to give relief support to registered workers.
