STEP 2 - Log in to the portal with the credentials you received. Look for the "Scheme/Services list" option on the screen and find Mukhyamantri Samajik Suraksha Yojana: Death and Funeral Assistance.
STEP 3 - Click on "Apply for Service/Scheme" and fill in all the required details. Upload the required documents and submit the application form.

Under the scheme, the state government of Haryana gives Rs. 5,00,000 to the family of a worker in an event of death of a labour at the work site.
