Haryana Dwarf Allowance Application Form
In Dwarf Allowance Scheme, a male person with 3 feet 8 inches or less height and a female with 3 feet 3 inches or less height (equivalent to 70 percentage handicapped) is entitled to monthly allowance. Each dwarf person having dwarfism disability can apply by filling Haryana Dwarf Allowance Form PDF.
