In Dwarf Allowance Scheme, a male person with a height of 3 feet 8 inches or less and a female with a height of 3 feet 3 inches or less (equivalent to 60 percent handicapped) is entitled to the monthly allowance. Each dwarf person having dwarfism disability can apply by filling the Haryana Dwarf Allowance Form PDF.
